Information submitted through the site
The quotation form may collect your name, company, mobile number, email address, destination, quantity, required date, application, requirement frequency and message.
Purpose
Submitted information is used to respond to the supply enquiry, assess destination availability, prepare commercial information, coordinate follow-up and maintain an internal enquiry record.
Form storage
The production form stores enquiry records on the website server in a protected location. Access should be limited to authorised R.S Trader personnel. If email notification is configured, a copy may also be sent to the authorised sales inbox.
Technical data
The form creates a one-way hash of the submitting IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention. The raw IP address is not written into the lead CSV by this implementation.
