How delivery classification works
Confirmed route means a current operational route record exists and the order still requires quantity, timing and packing confirmation. Conditional means supply may be possible but requires a route check. On request means the sales team needs destination, quantity and date before giving a TAT.
North India priority
The website may communicate a North India next-day advantage only for eligible orders. It does not imply that every city or pincode is automatically next-day.
Other destinations
For destinations outside verified priority routes, the sales team confirms TAT according to quantity, route, packaging and the agreed dispatch plan.
Why TAT is conditional
Dry ice continuously sublimates. Dispatch time, insulation, packing, route duration and receiving coordination materially affect the supply plan.
